What this site collects
1. Inquiry form
Company, name, role, email, phone (optional), current fan / customer marketing method, free-text IP / brand and schedule, referring page, session id (fv_sid). Used only for consultation and deleted one year after the consultation ends (90 days without a reply counts as ended). Notifications go to an internal Docenty Slack channel.
2. Site usage events
Demo start / completion, share clicks, demo payment start / completion, proposal views and page views are stored under the session id (fv_sid) for one year. If you submit an inquiry, that session's events are linked to it to measure consultation quality. Events from sessions without an inquiry are kept without identifying data.
3. Cookies
fv_sid: random 32 characters, 30 days. Also used as the buyer reference (buyerRef) for demo payments on Docenty Pay. No advertising cookies.
4. Demo payments
Demo payments require no deposit and nothing is charged. If you deposited by mistake, email contact@docenty.ai for a full refund. Refund account details are deleted within 30 days of the refund.
