The outcomes organizers seek

More people using your data. More people discovering its value.

Connect published data to participant-built apps, public experiences and new audiences through search, content and advertising.

  1. Broader participation in building

Data challenges, AI-assisted build training and starters help citizens with limited development experience take part.

Review: data-based projects and build progress

  2. Public experiences in everyday life

Bring selected projects into a mobile-friendly showcase where people compare, explore and choose using your data.

Review: completed experiences, return visits and feedback

  3. Publicize the ways data is used

Turn projects into stories, guides and FAQs. Use GEO marketing and advertising to bring new audiences to registration and experience pages.

Review: AI search mentions, citations and channel traffic

  4. Build the next cycle of use

Improve apps with feedback and adjust advertising using effective creatives and audiences. Retain reusable data, apps and operating materials.

Review: registrations, experience conversions and ongoing use

Optimize advertising around registrations and experiences

Compare recruitment and showcase creatives, audiences and landing pages. Follow traffic through registration and completed experiences, then adjust creatives and budget allocation.

Product scope, integrations, approval steps and measurement criteria are defined in the proposal. Sharing and AI search visibility are goals, not guaranteed outcomes. Media spend, solution fees and operating fees are itemized separately.

A quote matched to your contest

Quotes specify whether prizes, advertising, venues, paid AI tools and hosting are included, and the applicable VAT. Pricing, participation and outcomes still require market validation.

Before you propose a contest

Must we replace our existing competition?

You can keep your submission and judging process while adding a build track or support services. We also plan new contests.

Who prepares the data?

The institution confirms available data and usage terms. Docenty supports access guides, examples and participant materials.

Can people with little coding experience join?

Starters, education and consultation scope are matched to participants. Completion by every participant or within a fixed deadline is not guaranteed.

How are rights and publication periods defined?

Data and asset terms and contest rules define project rights and usage. Publication periods, operators, costs and closure or handover are agreed.

What are the timeline and price?

Quotes depend on data preparation, participant scale, education, judging, events and ongoing operations. Initial consultation defines tasks, schedule and costs.

Does building with AI meet an existing AI contest’s criteria?

Using AI to build is different from using AI inside a service. We check the existing contest criteria and reflect them in tasks and participant guidance.

Which data would you like people to build with?

Tell us your institution, contest, data, timing and support needs.
